This project was Design-Build for IDI Group Companies, featuring 402 Apartments, 6-story parking garage, Clubhouse Amenities and pool. Scot Engineering was contracted through Breeden Mechanical for the mechanical and plumbing design and contracted through Dynalectric for the electrical design.
Rivergate North marks the premier phase of a sophisticated residential community in Woodbridge, Prince William County. Situated with direct access to the Occoquan Harbour Marina, this luxury development features four stories of wood-framed residences atop a two-story concrete podium. The structure thoughtfully wraps around a five-level precast parking garage, blending architectural efficiency with high-end design. Residents enjoy a curated selection of upscale amenities, ranging from a rooftop terrace overlooking the Occoquan River to a comprehensive fitness center and yoga studio.
